Fuel providers may use Metrocor to create profiles, present their services, manage customer requests, and connect with businesses seeking commercial fuel solutions.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Metrocor's website, applications, platform, and related services.

By accessing or using Metrocor, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Metrocor

Metrocor operates a technology platform designed to simplify commercial fuel management.

Metrocor does not operate fuel trucks, own fuel inventory, directly provide fuel delivery services, or act as a fuel supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Delivery capabilities.
  • Certifications and verification information.

Fuel providers are responsible for ensuring that all information displayed on Metrocor is accurate and current.

Fuel providers represent and warrant that they:

  • Maintain all required licenses and permits.
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Follow applicable fuel transportation and safety regulations.
  • Provide services in a professional manner.

5. Provider Verification

Metrocor may review provider information to improve platform trust and reliability.

Verification may include reviewing:

  • Licensing documentation.
  • Insurance documentation.
  • Service capabilities.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of a provider's services.

Businesses remain responsible for selecting providers appropriate for their needs.

6. Orders and Transactions

When a business submits a fuel request through Metrocor, the request may be accepted, declined, modified, or fulfilled by the selected fuel provider.

Order details may include:

7. Payments

Metrocor does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between Metrocor and fuel providers.

12. Disputes

Metrocor encourages users to resolve issues directly through communication and support channels.

Metrocor may assist with platform-related issues but is not responsible for the independent performance of fuel providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrocor is not responsible for:

  • Provider services.
  • Delivery delays.

  • Equipment failures.
  • Business losses resulting from provider actions.

Users acknowledge that commercial transactions involve independent businesses and operational risks.
