Businesses

How do I create a business account?

Choose Create Account, verify your email with the six-digit code, select Business as your account type, and complete the short onboarding for your company and first service location.

How do I add a service location?

Open Locations in your dashboard and add the site address, access notes, contacts, and tank details. Each location keeps its own order history and can be grouped by project or region.

How do I compare providers before ordering?

Search from the home page or Find Fuel. Results are ranked by real distance from your site and show fuel products, coverage, equipment, and verification status so you can shortlist before contacting anyone.

Can I save providers for repeat orders?

Yes. Save any provider from search results or a profile, and your saved list is available to your whole team for reordering.

How do I invite teammates?

Open Team in your business dashboard and invite by email. Assign the role that matches what each person needs to do.

Suppliers

How do I claim an existing listing?

Search for your company on the providers page. If it exists as an unclaimed listing, start a supplier account and claim it during onboarding. You can then correct every detail.

How do I set my service areas?

In the supplier portal, open Service Areas and define coverage by county, city, and radius from each depot. You will only receive requests inside the area you publish.

How do I publish fuel products and equipment?

Use Products for the fuels and grades you carry, and Equipment for trucks, capacity, metering, and delivery capability. Buyers use both to self-qualify before contacting you.

How do I respond to a request?

Requests arrive in your orders inbox with the location, quantity, and requested window. Accept, decline, or respond with a quote, then move the order through scheduling and completion.

Accounts

How does email verification work?

After signing up you receive a six-digit code. Enter it to verify your address. Accounts must be verified before they can transact.

I forgot my password.

Can one person have both a business and a supplier account?

Accounts are tied to a single role. If you operate on both sides, use separate email addresses so records stay clean.

How do I close or suspend an account?

Contact support with the account email and we will confirm the request before making any change.

Payments

How are payments processed?

Through Stripe. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Metrocor, and Metrocor never holds provider funds.

When do providers get paid?

Payouts route through Stripe once an order is marked complete, following the provider's Stripe payout schedule.

Can I get one invoice across locations?

Consolidated invoicing across every location and provider is part of the billing release. Order records are already available per location today.

Pricing

Why do some providers not show a price?

Providers choose live pricing, starting-at pricing, or contact for pricing. Commercial rates often depend on volume, distance, and delivery conditions, so many suppliers price per request.

How do I request a quote?

Open the provider profile and send a quote request with your location, fuel type, quantity, and timing. The response is returned in writing against that request.

Does Metrocor set fuel prices?

No. Providers set their own pricing. Metrocor is a technology platform and does not buy or sell fuel.

Orders

How do I track a delivery?

Open the order in your dashboard. Status moves from requested through confirmed, scheduled, delivered, and complete, with messaging attached to the order.

Can I change or cancel a request?

Message the provider on the order as early as possible. Changes to a confirmed delivery window depend on the provider's scheduling.

What if a delivery does not arrive as scheduled?

Message the provider first, since they control dispatch. If it is not resolved, contact Metrocor support with the order reference.
