Whether you're at home, stranded, or simply don't want to make a trip to the gas station, Metrocor Assist is designed to make getting fuel simple, convenient, and reliable.
Request up to 20 gallons of gasoline or diesel directly through the Metrocor platform, track your request, and pay securely online.
How It Works
1. Request Fuel
Enter your location, choose your fuel type, select the number of gallons you need, and submit your request.
2. A Local Provider Accepts
Verified towing companies, roadside assistance providers, mobile mechanics, and other approved service businesses in your area can view available requests and accept the job.
3. Fuel Is Purchased
Your provider purchases the requested fuel, uploads a receipt for verification, and prepares your delivery.
4. Delivery to Your Location
The provider delivers the fuel directly to your location and confirms completion through the Metrocor platform.
5. Secure Payment
Payment is processed securely through Metrocor. Providers receive payment for the fuel and their delivery service, while Metrocor receives a platform fee.

Minimum Provider Standards
- Verified business account
- Valid driver's license and required credentials
- Proof of insurance
- Vehicle information on file
- Agreement to Metrocor safety requirements
- Approved fuel containers and handling practices
- Completion of Metrocor onboarding
