What we expect from providers.

- Maintain proper licensing for the fuels and vehicles in use.
- Maintain required commercial insurance and keep documentation current.
- Properly maintain trucks, pumps, meters, and transfer equipment.
- Train personnel on fuel handling, spill response, and site conduct.
- Follow safe transportation, storage, and delivery procedures.
Business responsibilities

- Provide accurate delivery addresses, access notes, and tank details.
- Maintain safe, reachable delivery locations and clear access paths.
- Inform providers of site-specific requirements, hazards, and check-in rules.
- Ensure someone is reachable during the delivery window when required.
- Follow applicable workplace safety rules for personnel on your site.
Reporting
Tell us when something is wrong.
Report unsafe conditions, misrepresentation, improper conduct, or potential regulatory violations through the contact form. Include the company name, the order if there is one, and what you observed.
Metrocor reviews every report and may request documentation, correct or remove a listing, suspend an account, or decline to continue a relationship. Reports involving an active safety hazard should always go to local emergency services first.
Metrocor is a technology platform. Fuel is supplied and delivered by independent providers who are responsible for their own operations, personnel, and compliance. Verification does not replace a customer's own evaluation of a provider.

Does Metrocor deliver the fuel?
No. Independent providers handle transportation and delivery under their own licensing, insurance, and safety programs.
Is my payment information stored by Metrocor?
No. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Metrocor does not store card or bank credentials and never holds provider funds.
Can a provider see my personal contact information?
Providers see the business and site information required to complete a delivery. Order conversations run through platform messaging.
What happens to an account that misrepresents itself?
It can be suspended or closed. Listings can be corrected, merged, or removed, and verification status can be revoked.
