The problem

Fuel is the last part of the operation still run by phone.

A crew stops moving for the same reason it always has: nobody could confirm a delivery window in time.

Every new market restarts procurement

New city, new supplier, new credit application, new terms, and no history to lean on when a site needs fuel tomorrow morning.

Nobody can see the whole picture

Field managers order locally, finance sees invoices weeks later, and no one has a live view of what was delivered where.

Records live in trucks

Paper delivery tickets and text-message confirmations make reconciliation and compliance harder than they need to be.

What you get

Everything the operation needs, in one account.

Multiple projects, one view

Add every jobsite, yard, plant, and facility as a service location with its own address, access notes, tank details, and contacts. Group locations by project, region, or division.

  • Per-location contacts
  • Site access notes
  • Regional grouping
  • Location-level history
Ordering from one account

Place requests with any provider on the platform without opening a separate account, credit line, or email thread for each supplier relationship.

  • Single sign-in
  • Consistent request format
  • No per-supplier portals
Comparing suppliers

Evaluate providers on distance, service area, equipment, verification status, and pricing model before you commit, rather than after the first invoice.

  • Distance-ranked results
  • Verification status
  • Equipment and capacity
  • Service coverage
Quote requests

When a provider prices commercially rather than publicly, request a quote through the platform and receive the response in writing against a specific location and quantity.

  • Structured request
  • Written response
  • Attached to the location
Recurring deliveries

Set up the repeat pattern your operation actually runs on, from weekly yard fueling to phase-based site delivery, and repeat prior orders in a few clicks.

  • Repeat previous order
  • Standing schedules
  • Seasonal patterns
Saved suppliers

Keep a shortlist of the providers who perform in each market so the next order does not start with a search.

  • Per-market shortlists
  • Shared across your team
Delivery tracking

Follow each order from request to confirmation, scheduling, delivery, and completion, with messaging attached to the order itself.

  • Status timeline
  • Order messaging
  • Completion records
Invoices and records

Every order produces a durable digital record. Payments run through Stripe, and Metrocor never holds provider funds.

  • Digital order records
  • Stripe payments
  • Exportable history
Account dashboard and team access

Give operations, field managers, and finance the access each role needs, with a shared view of activity across the company.

  • Role-based access
  • Team invitations
  • Company-wide activity

Construction

Keep the equipment running through the phase.

Coordinate on-site fueling across active sites, add a location the day a project mobilizes, and keep a clean record of every gallon delivered to every phase.

  • Add sites as projects mobilize
  • Off-hours and weekend windows
  • Off-road diesel and DEF
  • Per-project delivery history

Industrial and facilities

Generator and plant fuel with an audit trail.

Standardize fuel sourcing across plants and properties, and keep documented records for compliance reviews and internal reporting.

  • Generator and backup fuel
  • Multi-facility standardization
  • Documented delivery records
  • Emergency response contacts

Agriculture and fleet

Seasonal peaks without seasonal scrambling.

Line up capacity before the season starts, keep remote tank locations on schedule, and reorder against the same specification each cycle.

  • Bulk tank fills
  • Remote and rural locations
  • Recurring yard fueling
  • Dyed and clear diesel

Time saved

Why teams stop managing fuel by phone.

  1. 01Sourcing a new market takes minutes instead of a week of cold calls and references.
  2. 02Field managers request fuel in a format finance can actually reconcile later.
  3. 03Order status answers the question before someone drives to the site to check.
  4. 04Repeat orders remove the re-specification step for recurring deliveries.
  5. 05One account roster means onboarding a new coordinator does not restart supplier relationships.

FAQ

Questions from operations teams

Does it cost anything to open a business account?

No. Creating an account, adding locations, and browsing providers are free. You transact only when you place an order with a provider you have selected.

Can I keep working with my existing supplier?

Yes. Many customers bring an existing supplier onto the platform so all their fuel activity lives in one place. Tell us who they are and we will invite them.

How many locations can I add?

There is no limit. Locations can be grouped by project, region, or division, and each one keeps its own order history.

Who is responsible for the delivery itself?

The provider. Metrocor is a technology platform and does not buy, store, or transport fuel. Providers carry their own licensing and insurance, which we review during verification.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed through Stripe. Metrocor never holds provider funds.

Bring every jobsite into one account.

Create a business account, add your first location, and see which verified providers deliver there.
